AGB and Conditions

These Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen govern the use of the website of Armatori Italiani by Mariné (USt-IdNr. IT06048731217), with registered office in Neapel (NA), Italien. Access to the site implies full acceptance of these conditions.

The site aims to present the Armatori Italiani by Mariné brand, its menswear collections, its made-to-measure tailoring and contract manufacturing services (B2B), as well as to provide useful information to contact the company.

The site does not constitute a direct online sales platform: orders are handled through direct contact with the commercial department.

All site contents — texts, graphics, photographs, logos, brands, illustrations and code — are the exclusive property of Armatori Italiani by Mariné, unless otherwise indicated. They are protected by the current copyright and industrial property laws.

Contract manufacturing orders are governed by specific commercial contracts signed separately. Lieferung times, payment conditions and penalties are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Indicative lead times: 10–14 weeks for series production, 4–6 weeks for made-to-measure garments, subject to different client needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not responsible for:

• Any temporary interruptions or malfunctions of the site due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the published content.
• Content, products or services of third-party sites linked via links.

These Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these AGB, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights under Legislative Decree 206/2005.
